3 Exciting Career Opportunities

If you’ve been looking for a change of pace in your career, I’m pleased to let you know that our organization has three exciting career opportunities available!

1. Marketing Coordinator. This is a W-2 employee position where you’ll manage all of our social media and help to build our brand across Northeastern Ohio. You’ll also manage our website among other marketing-related items.

2. Growth and Talent Coordinator. In this position, your job will be to attract new talent to our real estate teams throughout Northeastern Ohio. This entails good sales skills, as you’ll be meeting with agents and showing our value proposition. In addition, you’ll have administrative duties including managing our database and doing follow-up plans with potential new hires.

3. Real Estate Agent. Our teams service all of Northeastern Ohio. We have a unique value proposition in that we offer leads to our agents, as well as leveraging their businesses with admin support and leadership. We’ll continuously train you to be able to take your business to the next level. The average agent on our team sells 30 to 35 houses a year.
