How Our HELP Program Sets Our Sellers Apart
Here’s how our HELP program helps homeowners sell for higher prices.
When you’re looking to sell your home, there are three things you need to get right:

Today I’m excited to talk about the key tool we have that makes sure the entire list is up to snuff. It’s called our HELP program, and it helps our sellers get their properties in the best condition for the market.

It stands for Homeowner Enhancement Loan Program and allows us to get our sellers’ homes in the right condition to maximize their price and exposure. For example, we recently sold an estate property with this program. The property needed new paint and carpet. We took care of that, and netted the seller $25,000 more than they would have received otherwise.
Another client needed granite countertops, so we helped increase their sale price. We front the money for the improvements and get paid after closing. It has really paid dividends for many of our seller clients.
