Should you invest your money in real estate?

Is now a good time to invest in real estate?

Before I can answer that question, I’ll first need to know what type of real estate investment you’re considering. Are you looking to buy and hold? Are you looking to fix and flip? You might be looking to house hack or to do the BRRRR method (buy, rehab, rent, refinance, repeat). I can’t give you advice unless I know what your strategy is.

My guidance will also depend on what your goals are for real estate investing. It could be that you’re looking to generate quick cash to replace income because you want to quit your job, or simply gain long-term wealth. I have one client who is buying properties to pay for his kids’ college one day. Sitting down with an experienced real estate agent will help you decide which investment is best.

"With the right real estate agent and the right knowledge, now is a good time to invest."

In the end, I do believe now is a good time to invest your money in real estate if you can find the right deal.  I have several investors who are ready to buy, but everything seems overpriced to them, causing them to hesitate.
