We’re looking for a Real Estate Social Media and Marketing Coordinator with proven experience utilizing AI to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our marketing and branding efforts. This role is full-time, based in North Canton, and critical to keeping our team and agents relevant, engaging, and top-of-mind in the marketplace.

Full Job Description

The Real Estate Social Media and Marketing Coordinator will lead all aspects of digital marketing, social media, and brand development while serving as the team’s expert in AI-driven marketing integration. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in leveraging AI to streamline workflows, enhance creativity, and drive measurable results across multiple marketing channels. This person will ensure our team, agents, and exclusive programs are consistently and strategically showcased through compelling content, optimized campaigns, and cutting-edge technology.

 

Key Responsibilities

    • Social Media & Brand Development

    Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to highlight both the team and individual agents.

    Create engaging posts, graphics, and video content that drive interaction, growth, and brand awareness.

    Ensure brand consistency across all platforms while keeping our image modern, relevant, and ahead of industry trends.

    Reputation & community building as a trusted advisor through PR strategies, media partnerships, and industry events.

    Develop collaborations with local businesses, developers, and civic organizations to expand visibility.

    Establish KPIs and track ROI for all branding & marketing initiatives.

    Monitor market trends to proactively adapt branding strategies.

    AI Integration

    Lead the integration of AI across marketing functions, including content creation, advertising optimization, analytics, video, and automation.

    Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and trends to recommend and implement improvements.

    Ensure AI adoption aligns with brand standards, enhances efficiency, and drives measurable business growth.

    Provide training and guidance to agents and team members on leveraging AI for their personal marketing strategies.

    Digital Presence & Advertising

    Oversee and maintain the team’s websites, ensuring they remain visually appealing, client-focused, and up to date.

    Lead innovative content initiatives including thought leadership articles, property storytelling, and video campaigns.

    Manage Google Business, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, paid social, influencer partnerships, and online review strategies.

    Monitor performance analytics and adjust campaigns to improve ROI.

    Video & YouTube Management

    Create and manage bi-weekly video content for our client database and online audiences.

    Oversee our YouTube channel, ensuring consistent posting, optimization, and promotion of both team and agent content.

    Support agents in developing video strategies to build their personal brand and generate leads.

    Client Engagement & Events

    Partner with the Client Services Specialist to market and execute client events, appreciation parties, and community involvement.

    Design event promotion campaigns and manage audience segmentation, invites, and tracking.

    Capture and share event highlights online through compelling content.

    Collaboration & Leadership

    Serve as the creative and strategic lead for all marketing efforts within the team.

    Work closely with agents to provide them with tools, posts, and content that elevate their business.

    Advise leadership on marketing trends, strategies, and innovations to keep Jose Medina & Associates ahead of the curve.

     

    Qualifications

      5+ years of marketing, social media management, or digital branding experience (real estate experience preferred but not required).

      Proven expertise in AI-powered marketing integration, with demonstrated success in advertising, content creation, video, analytics, and automation.

      Proven track record of building and scaling brand identities that deliver measurable business growth.

      Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO, and video content creation.

      Skilled in content design (graphics, video editing, copywriting).

      Strategic thinker with the ability to execute creative ideas quickly.

      Highly organized with strong project management skills.

      Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with excellence.

      Excellent communication skills, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

    Base Pay: $48,000 - $58,000 per year (Full-time)
